Fantastic facilities. Very good value for money. Cheerful place. Awesome staff in the restaurant and at reception desk. Good breakfast for the start of the day with jams and the concessionary rate. Great internet. Parking nearby
The room was spotless with a double bed, a bathroom with both a bath and shower, and they even provided extra coffee. Checking in was a breeze and the prices were fair. We were able to check out later than usual, which was really convenient.
The location of this hotel is close to the city center and convenient for exploring the area. The double room I stayed in was nicely soundproofed and had a lovely shower. The room also had a comfortable double bed and a convenient Nespresso machine. The surroundings of the hotel were beautiful and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre and within walking distance of the bus station where we easily caught a bus to and from Belfast international airport. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, including a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were amazing, particularly the receptionist Niffa, who was so welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax and grab a drink or bite to eat.
